For the mom’s employment question, I think you should have a seperate line option for stay at home moms. The only option I had to choose from was unemployed, retired, homemaker. Some moms who don’t earn an income are sensitive about being told they don’t have a job. Grouping homemaker with unemployed is inaccurate and irritating.
